Bamboo liners are of a smart design that captures solids but lets moisture get into the diaper, facilitates the removal of solids. They must be placed on top of the diaper.
Disposable liners make it easy to use washable diapers. After use Little Lamb recommends throwing them and not throwing them in the toilet because they could contribute to plombery problems.

The huge advantage of PLA as a bamboo-derived bioplastic is that it degrades naturally when exposed to the environment. Pla coatings will take two to twelve months to completely degrade into a landfill situation. It is the same substance that most teabags are made of!
