For orders
Delivery
Paid orders are dispatched on the next working day by the French Post Office. Shipping costs are CHF 8.50 (incl. VAT) for Switzerland and EUR 36.00 (incl. VAT) for other European countries. For orders over CHF 200 (incl. VAT), delivery is free within Switzerland. The calculation is made automatically at the time of payment. You can also choose to have your order collected from the shop LES PETITS HIBOUX, Clos Jobez 8, 2736 Sorvilier. The date and time will be agreed between the two parties by an exchange of e-mail or a telephone call.
Right of withdrawal
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal by communicating to shop LES PETITS HIBOUX, the intention not to retain one or more items purchased and to request a refund or a possible exchange with another item. Notice of withdrawal must be given no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from receipt of the goods by e-mail: info@lphlife.ch
At this stage, the purchaser may send a letter at his/her own expense to the following address: AU COEUR DE LA PARENTALITÉ – Clos Jobez 8, 2736 Sorvilier Switzerland. In order to benefit from the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, i.e. complete with all packaging, seals, labels and various accessories supplied. Failing this, we reserve the right to charge the purchaser a penalty equal to the value of the product purchased.
Requirements for replacement or refund
All products returned (except in the case of warranty replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, so that they are in “like new” condition and ready for resale. All original seals, labels, boxes or packaging must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered “used” and will then be returned to the sender with transport costs or retained with a penalty that will vary the purchase value depending on the arrival conditions of the returned product.
In particular, it is worth highlighting the return rules for products as follows:
The product must be returned with its labels and packaging intact. Products packaged in plastic blister packs must be intact and with an unopened blister pack complete with all integral parts, such as accessories, cables, manuals and miscellaneous parts.
Warranty conditions
LES PETITS HIBOUX only distributes original and official imported products covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty.
The buyer must inform LES PETITS HIBOUX of any problem and/or defect. LES PETITS HIBOUX will authorise the return of the product if the manufacturer accepts the guarantee and will provide a replacement.
Method of reimbursement
LES PETITS HIBOUX will refund the cost of the product returned under the right of withdrawal within 10 (ten) calendar days after receipt of the return. The return will be refunded to a credit card if the initial payment was made by credit card, like PayPal refunds if the purchase was made by PayPal and by bank transfer in all other cases.

Caring for the personal information you provide to us is very important and therefore this Privacy Policy explains how we may use that information. By using our website in general and by purchasing from our website, you expressly agree to the use of your data in accordance with this privacy policy.
If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update it here on our website so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please do not use the website.

If you ask us to update or delete your personal information, we will be happy to do so within 10 days of receiving your request. If you have a registered online account, you can access and update your data in your online account. Make sure you update your data as soon as possible with any relevant changes.
What information do we collect and why?
When you create an online account with us or place an order with us online and by telephone, we collect the following information:

- Phone number
- E-mail address
We also collect this data when you make a complaint or request information or provide other feedback, or when you submit an entry to a competition or prize draw, or subscribe to a newsletter. How do we use your data?
We use your data for :
- process your online account registration and keep your account online
- process and complete orders placed via our website or by telephone – process and manage user complaints or requests – monitor, develop and improve the site and your experience
- send newsletters and updates by e-mail and/or post about offers and special information, but only if you expressly so wish.
If you do not wish to receive newsletters containing information or special offers, you can change your preferences in your online account, or use the opt-out feature indicated in one of our communications, or by sending an e-mail to info@lphlife.ch to request it. Your request to be removed from our list of e-mail addresses may take up to 5 working days. You may receive ongoing e-mails during this period. Please note that if you place an order on our website, we will continue to send you an e-mail solely for the purpose of processing your order, unless you access our newsletters. We will retain your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to resolve any disputes that may arise or otherwise in accordance with legal requirements. The longest we normally keep personal data is 6 years.

We never sell or rent your data to other organisations for marketing purposes.
